ACE360 Connect Frequently Asked Questions

The following is a regularly updated list of the most common questions we get asked relating to ACE360 Connect.

What is your rate limit?

For those who don't know what rate limiting is. It's a method of controlling the number of requests that can be made in a certain timeframe. As you can probably imagine asking for tens of thousands of records every second would put a fair amount of strain on our systems.

ACE360 Connect has a rate limit of 30 requests per minute. This means if you have a particularly large data set to work with we'd recommend spacing your requests out a little so you don't get blocked by our rate limit.

Can you interface with my chosen system?

ACE360 Connect has been built to be as system agnostic as possible. We can't comment on every specific system that allows "integrations" but as long as the system you wish to work with can make HTTP requests, it's very likely you can integrate to some level with ACE360 Connect.

It's important to note, we don't "push" data anywhere. You will have to make sure the system you want to use can request data.

If you're having difficulty making a connection work between ACE360 Connect and your chosen system, consider making use of a connector application such as Power Automate, Zapier, n8n, or Make.

I'm not an EPAO can I use ACE360 Connect?

ACE360 Connect has been developed as a premium service for our premium customers. We can not accept non-premium, non-EPAO users just yet.

We do recognise how powerful ACE360 Connect could be for other users of ACE360, and we're already thinking about how we can roll it out for those users.
